  • Please do not pick or wander beyond the designated U-Pick areas

  • Please don’t waste apples by dropping ones you later don’t want on the ground
  • Please do not pick more apples than you can pay for

Berries

We have Natchez, Ouachita, Freedom, and Caddo varieties of blackberries, Joan J., Caroline, and Prelude varieties of red raspberries, and Mac Black, Niwot, and Munger

black raspberries. While we strove to only offer thornless blackberries for picking, there are a couple thorned plants that snuck in.

Things to do when you come to pick your produce.

  • All Visitors must check in at the Farm-Stand or Information Booth
  • Keep children under parent or guardian control at all times.
  • Please don’t throw Apples, Rocks, Produce, or any other object
  • Please do not enter the shop, any storage buildings, or the farm pond
  • We are a working farm, with uneven terrain, holes, and divots so please be aware of your surroundings. Wear sturdy closed-toed shoes (such as an athletic shoe or boots).  The fields and rows, though mowed, are farm fields. Our fields stay wet days after rain.
  • Always check before you go to the farm – when the fruit is in season, a large turnout can pick a field clean quickly.
  • We will furnish picking containers designed for picking the fruit you’re after — no need to bring your own. We accept cash and Venmo. There is no ATM on site
  • Bring something to drink; you’d be surprised how you can work up a thirst! And don’t forget hats and sunscreen for the sun. Bugs usually aren’t a problem, but some bug spray might be good to bring along if it has been rainy.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal property such as cameras, keys, cell phones, etc.
  • While we follow all health directives of Pott Co and the State of KS, you are voluntarily assuming all health risks. Sanitizing stations are located throughout the property.
  • Please only bring government-certified (ADA) service dogs for personal assistance. We reserve the right to refuse any pets whose function is not that of a service animal.
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited on farm grounds
  • Please dispose of refuse in trash receptacles.
  • The Port-a-potty area is located near the farm entrance.
  • Only law enforcement are permitted to bring firearms onto the farm. All others are prohibited
